ColdProxy affiliate program terms
The ColdProxy affiliate program pays 10% recurring commission with no time limit, credits it as soon as your referral pays, and lets you withdraw from $25.
This table summarises the ColdProxy Affiliate Program Terms, which every affiliate accepts.
| Term | Details |
|---|---|
| Earning | |
| Commission | 10% of what your referrals pay, on all four ColdProxy proxy products. This is the starting rate: partners who send a large volume of customers can discuss their rate with the ColdProxy team. |
| How long you earn | Recurring, for as long as the customer keeps buying. There is no time limit and no cap per customer. |
| Customers who stay yours | A new customer whose first ColdProxy order comes through your link, or who signs up through your link and places a first order without any affiliate's link, stays linked to you for life: their later orders and renewals earn you commission without another click on your link. If they order through another affiliate's link, that plan and its renewals earn that affiliate. If an existing ColdProxy customer orders through your link, you earn on that order and its renewals. |
| Referral cookie | Up to 3 months after someone clicks your link, in the same browser. |
| What earns commission | New orders and renewals of proxy plans, including the options chosen at checkout. Anything added to or changed in an existing plan, such as more speed or GB, does not earn commission. |
| Getting paid | |
| When commission is credited | As soon as your referral's payment goes through. Commission on a refunded or disputed payment is deducted, even after it has been paid out. |
| Minimum withdrawal | $25 |
| Payout methods | PayPal, bank transfer, USDT (BEP20), or credit to your ColdProxy account balance. Any fee the method charges comes out of the amount you receive. |
| Payout time | Usually within 24 hours of your withdrawal request, after a review by our team. |
| Joining | |
| Who can join | Anyone with a ColdProxy account. Our team reviews each request, usually within 24 hours. Reseller accounts take part in the reseller program instead. |
| Cost to join | Free, with no purchase needed. |

Promotion rules for ColdProxy affiliates
ColdProxy affiliates must disclose the commission and promote ColdProxy only for legitimate use, and may not bid on the ColdProxy name in search ads, pose as ColdProxy, send spam, publish coupon codes ColdProxy has not issued or earn on their own purchases.
Disclose the commission
Say next to your link that you earn a commission, for example: “I earn a commission if you buy through this link.”
No brand bidding
Do not bid on ColdProxy, its misspellings or variations in search ads, and do not use ColdProxy in search-ad text or display URLs.
No posing as ColdProxy
Do not pose as ColdProxy, and do not use or register a domain, social media account or username that could be mistaken for an official ColdProxy one.
No spam
No unsolicited email or direct messages, and no comment or forum spam.
Describe ColdProxy as it is
Quote plans, prices and features as coldproxy.com shows them when you publish, and do not publish coupon codes or discounts ColdProxy has not issued. Your own tests, opinions and comparisons are welcome.
No self-referrals
Purchases through your own link, for yourself or on any account you own or control, earn nothing and can lead to your affiliate account being closed.
Promote legitimate use
Recommend ColdProxy for public or authorized work, in line with the ColdProxy Acceptable Use Policy.
Every withdrawal is reviewed before it is paid. Commission from referrals that break these rules can be reversed, and serious or repeated breaches can close your affiliate account, which then loses its unpaid balance. The full rules are in the ColdProxy Affiliate Program Terms.
Affiliate program or reseller program?
Choose the ColdProxy affiliate program to earn commission by recommending ColdProxy, and the reseller program to sell proxies under your own brand.

Proxy affiliate program FAQs
Straight answers about commission, tracking and payouts in the ColdProxy affiliate program.
You request affiliate access in your free ColdProxy account, share your referral link, and earn 10% on the proxy plans your referrals buy and renew. Commission is added to your balance when they pay, and you can withdraw from $25.
The starting rate is 10% of what your referrals pay on all four ColdProxy proxy products, with no cap per customer. Partners who send a large volume of customers can contact the ColdProxy team to discuss their rate.
Yes, it recurs with no end date for the customers you bring. When a new customer's first ColdProxy order comes through your link, the plans they buy and renew after that earn you commission, without another click on your link. The one exception is an order they place through another affiliate's link: that plan and its renewals earn the other affiliate. If an existing ColdProxy customer orders through your link, you earn on that order and its renewals.
The referral cookie lasts up to 3 months in the visitor's browser. Every plan they buy in that browser within that time is yours, and if their first ColdProxy order is among them, they stay linked to you for life.
No. Purchases through your own link, for yourself or on any account you own or control, earn nothing and can lead to your affiliate account being closed. Every withdrawal is reviewed before it is paid.
Commission is credited as soon as your referral's payment goes through, and you can withdraw once your balance reaches $25. Request a withdrawal from your affiliate dashboard and choose PayPal, bank transfer, USDT (BEP20), or credit to your ColdProxy account balance. Our team reviews each request and sends the payment usually within 24 hours. A refunded payment reverses its commission.
Anyone with a ColdProxy account can request access. Joining is free, with no purchase needed, and our team reviews each request, usually within 24 hours, before activating the affiliate account. Reseller accounts take part in the reseller program instead.
You can run search ads on other keywords, as long as your ads do not bid on ColdProxy or its misspellings and do not use ColdProxy in their text or display URL. You can also share your link on deal and review sites, as long as you describe real plans and prices and do not publish coupon codes ColdProxy has not issued.
As an affiliate, you recommend ColdProxy and earn 10% when your referrals buy from ColdProxy. As a reseller, you buy with prepaid credit and sell proxies to your own customers under your own brand. Each account takes part in one program, not both. See the ColdProxy reseller program to sell under your own brand.
Sign in to the ColdProxy client area and open Affiliates. Your referral link, clicks, signups, commission balance and withdrawals are all there.
