Affiliate Program Terms

Anyone with a ColdProxy account can apply; ColdProxy reviews each application. ColdProxy resellers cannot join. A reseller account is never your lifetime client, and its purchases earn no commission, even through your link.

A plan bought through your referral link, and its renewals, earn you commission. Your link stays valid for 3 months in the browser where it was clicked, and every plan bought in that browser in that time counts as bought through it. If several affiliates’ links were clicked, the last one counts.

Someone becomes your lifetime client when:

• their first purchase comes through your link; or
• they sign up through your link, and their first purchase is not made through another affiliate’s link.

A first purchase is their first paid plan. A free trial before it counts instead if it came through a link, or if they signed up through a link. Their later plans and renewals then earn you commission without your link. The exception is a plan bought through another affiliate’s link: that plan and its renewals earn that affiliate, and the client stays yours. Lifetime means for as long as your affiliate account is open; it ends under sections 1, 6, 8 and 10.

You earn commission on what your client pays for each new plan and each renewal, including the options chosen with the plan. Anything added to or changed in an existing plan, such as more speed or GB, earns nothing; its later renewals earn on the new price. The rate is the one on the ColdProxy affiliate program page when your client pays, unless ColdProxy agreed another rate with you in writing, such as in a support ticket; a chat message is not enough.

• Say next to your link that you earn a commission, for example: “I earn a commission if you buy through this link.”
• Do not bid on ColdProxy, its misspellings or variations in search ads, and do not use ColdProxy in search-ad text or display URLs.
• Do not pose as ColdProxy, and do not use or register a domain, social media account or username that could be mistaken for an official ColdProxy one.
• No unsolicited email or direct messages, and no comment or forum spam.
• Quote plans, prices and features as coldproxy.com shows them when you publish, and do not publish coupon codes or discounts ColdProxy has not issued. Your own tests, opinions and comparisons are welcome.
• Recommend ColdProxy for public or authorized work, in line with the ColdProxy Acceptable Use Policy.

Commission from referrals that break these rules may be reversed, and serious or repeated breaches may close your affiliate account under section 6.

Buying through your own referral link, for yourself or on any account you own or control, does not earn commission and may lead ColdProxy to close your affiliate account.

If ColdProxy closes your affiliate account under this section or section 5, you lose your whole unpaid balance, including commission that is not yet withdrawable. Your lifetime clients are not passed to any other affiliate.

Commission on a refunded or disputed payment is deducted from your balance, even after payout. A negative balance is recovered only from your future commission.

ColdProxy may remove a client from you, for example after a breach, a wrong referral or at the client’s request, and will tell you. They are then no longer your lifetime client.

You can withdraw once your balance reaches the minimum shown in your affiliate area; ColdProxy reviews each request before paying it. Payout methods: PayPal, bank transfer, USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), or ColdProxy account credit. Any fee the method charges, such as a PayPal, bank or network fee, comes out of the amount you receive.

You can leave the program by contacting ColdProxy support; to become a ColdProxy reseller, you must leave it first. ColdProxy then reviews your balance as in section 9 and pays all of it: by your payout method if it reaches the minimum withdrawal, or as credit to your ColdProxy account if it is smaller. If the review finds a breach, section 6 applies instead. ColdProxy then closes your affiliate account, and your lifetime clients are not passed to any other affiliate.

Each version shows its number and date. You must accept a new version in your ColdProxy account before you can use the affiliate area or withdraw again; commission keeps being added meanwhile.
