What billing periods can I buy this plan on?

Hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly. Buy an hour to test the job, then choose the period that matches how long it runs; longer periods cost less per day. Hourly, daily and weekly plans are one-time purchases; monthly plans are recurring. A paid hour starts when your proxy is ready, so setup time never shortens your test.

How does the speed-tier price work?

You pay for a speed tier and a billing period. Every tier includes unlimited traffic for the whole period, with no per-GB quota or charge, no usage threshold and no throttling after heavy use. The tier sets the maximum speed and your concurrent connections: 500 for each 1 Mbps, up to 50,000 per plan you buy. Pick the tier by the speed and connections your job needs, not by how much data it will move, and start lower if you are not sure.

What payment methods does ColdProxy accept?

Checkout runs through the ColdProxy members portal, which accepts major cards and the other payment methods shown at checkout. If setup takes longer than 10 minutes, contact us through the support channels on our website with your service ID so we can check.

Can I upgrade my speed or move to the GB-based plan later?

You can upgrade your Mbps speed at any time using the "Upgrade Speed" option in your account. An upgrade can restart the proxy server in the background, so re-check your proxies before you resume the job. To move to the GB-based Residential IPv4 plan, or for a custom speed that is not listed, open a support ticket or message us on Telegram.

Does ColdProxy offer refunds or a free trial?
