On this pageIf you cannot connect
Activation starts when your payment clears. The time before you can connect depends on the plan you bought:
| Product | When you can connect |
|---|---|
| Residential IPv4 (GB Based) | Activates instantly after payment clears. |
| Residential IPv6 | Activates instantly after payment clears. |
| Residential IPv4 (Unmetered) | Setup starts automatically after payment clears. Allow up to 10 minutes; connect as soon as setup is complete. |
| Datacenter IPv6 | Setup starts automatically after payment clears. Allow up to 10 minutes; connect as soon as setup is complete. |
There is no extra waiting period after setup completes. You can find your gateway host, ports, and credentials in your client area when your service is ready. Follow the quickstart to send your first request, or use the Proxy Checker to check reachability, exit IP, and location.
If you cannot connect
First, confirm your payment has cleared and check that the service is ready in your client area. Check your username, password, authentication mode, and allocated port against Common errors. A 407 response means authentication failed; a refused connection can have several causes, so neither error alone proves that setup is still running.
For Residential IPv4 (Unmetered) or Datacenter IPv6, setup can take up to 10 minutes after payment clears. If it takes longer, contact us through the support channels on our website and include your service ID so we can check. For Residential IPv4 (GB Based) or Residential IPv6, contact support if the service is not ready after payment clears and the connection settings are correct.
A service reboot is a separate operation with its own timing. See Common errors for reboot guidance.
